Terms of Service

Welcome to Lithovas (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Lithovas is an AI model relay platform that forwards your requests to third-party AI providers (video, image, audio, LLM, etc.) through a unified API, billing your credit balance by usage. Model outputs are produced by upstream providers; we make no warranty as to their content.

2. Accounts

• You must register an account and keep your credentials and API keys secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your credentials or keys.
• Never expose API keys in frontend code or public repositories.

3. Credits & Billing

• Usage is billed in credits at the rates shown on the pricing page, which may change as upstream costs change.
• Failed tasks are not charged.
• Credits do not expire but are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate:

• pornographic, sexually explicit, or other NSFW content;
• content that promotes, encourages, or graphically depicts violence, gore, or serious injury;
• hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on protected characteristics;
• child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized content involving minors, or other content that endangers children;
• deceptive deepfakes, non-consensual synthetic media, impersonation, or false-identity content;
• uploading, using, or synthesizing a real person's portrait, facial features, voice, name, identity traits, or other identifiable personality attributes without the person's or rights holder's explicit authorization;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property and personality rights.

You also may not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity, to bypass safeguards, or to violate upstream providers' usage policies or rate limits.

5. Reporting and Enforcement

Report suspected violations to support@lithovas.com and, when available, include the task ID, relevant URL, a description, and supporting evidence. We review reports and may remove or disable content, restrict generation, block API keys, or suspend or terminate accounts. Where required by law or necessary to address a credible safety risk, we may preserve relevant records and report the matter to competent authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms and upstream provider policies, you retain rights to your own input content. The platform's trademarks, interface and code belong to Lithovas.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lithovas is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected in the date on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
